Hopes were high as the Trinity Pacific Christian School High School (16U) basketball team travelled to the National Christian Basketball Championships in Springfield, Missouri last week. Forty-two teams were competing for an opportunity to win a Golden Ball, and the Trinity Crowns were victorious!
In the second half of the tournament, teams who win a Golden Ball advance to the final Showdown Series for the undisputed National Championship. The Trinity Crowns placed 4th in the Series, making them 4th out of 42 teams in the country. Congratulations to our team, coaches and volunteer parents who have been instrumental in this journey!
The TPCS Short Spring Basketball Skills Clinic starts April 6 for girls 8-18 years old, and boys 8-13 years old. Both TPCS students and qualified non-members are invited to participate. Contact the TPCS office for more information.
